These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Cardyfie System and its associated services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Cardyfie System and Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Inspirodev LLC retains the right to govern and regulate any matters not explicitly addressed in these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, operational procedures, policies, and guidelines.
The Administrator of the Cardyfie System has the discretion to implement, amend, or revoke policies or regulations at any time, provided such changes are consistent with the overall purpose of these Terms.
A virtual profile created by a Customer within the Cardyfie System, established in accordance with these Terms. Unless otherwise specified, "Account" refers to a Personal Account.
An individual who expresses an intention to create an Account and initiates the registration process through the Cardyfie System.
The combination of Login and Password used to authenticate a user’s identity within the Cardyfie System.
The process by which a user’s identity is verified using their Login and Password.
The procedure initiated by a cardholder to reverse a bank card transaction through their bank.
Information provided by a Customer, including but not limited to, email address, used for communication purposes within the Cardyfie System.
An individual who has successfully registered and created an Account, and is authorized to use the Cardyfie System and Services in accordance with these Terms.
An Account that has not been accessed or logged into for a period of one year or more.
Charges imposed by Cardyfie for providing the System Services to a Customer.
Electronic currency held by a Customer and recorded within the Customer’s Wallet.
The method used by a Customer to access their Account, which may be the Customer’s email address or a user-defined alphanumeric identifier.
Collectively refers to Cardyfie and a Customer involved in transactions or interactions within the Cardyfie System.
An alphanumeric combination selected by a Customer during registration, used in conjunction with the Login to access the Account.
An electronic instruction submitted by a Customer via the Cardyfie System to execute a Transaction.
The transfer of Funds within a Wallet, either from a Customer to a third party or from a third party to a Customer.
An Account created by an individual for personal use and access within the Cardyfie System.
Actions or behaviors that involve criminal offenses in the Customer's or Cardyfie's jurisdiction; the sale or distribution of prohibited goods or services; activities forbidden under applicable laws; or violations of universally accepted standards of ethics and morality.
To utilize the System Services, individuals must apply to become a Customer by creating an Account in accordance with the procedures detailed in Section 5 of these Terms.
The availability and scope of access to the System and its Services are determined by the Customer's status and any specific conditions or restrictions set forth in these Terms.
To start the account creation process, an Applicant must complete the registration by accessing the Cardyfie website, filling out the required registration forms, providing the necessary details, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions by clicking the "Register" button.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions during registration, a binding agreement is formed between the Applicant and Cardyfie.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Applicant confirms that they are acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third parties.
Customers may be required to undergo a verification process as stipulated by Cardyfie.
Required Documents:
Failure to Verify: If the provided data is incomplete, unreliable, or outdated, the verification will be considered unsuccessful.
Cardyfie employs measures such as liveness checks and video authentication to ensure account security and authenticity.
Customers are encouraged to provide accurate, up-to-date information to support the verification process and maintain account integrity.
Customers must promptly update the Administrator with any changes to their verification information. Adherence to verification procedures ensures the accuracy and currency of Customer data.
Cardyfie reserves the right to request further confirmation regarding the accuracy, completeness, and validity of provided documents and data.
Failure to provide requested documents or data within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of Account Verification or suspension of the Account.
Upon completion of the registration process, an Account is created, and the individual becomes a Customer of Cardyfie.
Customers have the ability to create Personal Accounts, the features of which are detailed on the Cardyfie website.
Adhering to these rules ensures security, compliance, and responsible management of Accounts within the Cardyfie platform.
Customers can deposit funds into their Wallets and withdraw funds from their Wallets by accessing their Account on the Cardyfie website and following the provided instructions.
Deposit and withdrawal of funds are considered payment services provided by third parties and are not inherently part of Cardyfie's core System Services.
All deposit and withdrawal transactions must adhere to the Terms and Conditions, policies of third-party service providers, and applicable laws.
The Administrator reserves the right to restrict certain deposit and withdrawal methods based on the level of risk associated with Customer activities or transactions.
Customers assume all rights and responsibilities associated with funds deposited into their Wallets by third parties.
Additional fees may be charged by third-party service providers for deposit and withdrawal transactions, depending on the chosen method.
Adhering to these rules ensures that transactions within the Cardyfie platform are conducted securely, transparently, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Customers may incur foreign transaction fees for transactions conducted in foreign currencies, which will be converted to the local currency.
Adherence to these rules ensures that customers understand their rights, obligations, and potential liabilities associated with using the Cardyfie Card within the Cardyfie platform.
The Administrator collects fees for the services rendered to the Customer.
The size and procedures for charging fees are clearly stated on the website under the "Tariffs" section.
All fees are calculated in the transaction currency and rounded to the nearest cent.
Services provided by the Administrator to the Customer are exempt from VAT or other turnover taxes.
Applicable fees are deducted from the Customer's Wallet by the Administrator after the completion of a fee-applicable transaction or when the Administrator has grounds for fee collection.
If the Wallet balance is insufficient to cover applicable fees, the Administrator may reject the transaction and demand payment of applicable fees from the Customer.
These rules ensure transparency and clarity regarding tariff information and fee collection procedures within the Cardyfie platform. Users are informed about their financial obligations and the conditions under which fees are applied, allowing for informed decision-making and transaction management.
These rules outline the Customer's legal obligations, responsibilities, and potential liabilities within the Cardyfie platform. They emphasize compliance, accountability, and indemnification to ensure the integrity and legality of transactions conducted through the system.
These disclaimers define the extent of the Administrator's non-liability for various customer actions, external factors, and system-related events.
The Administrator reserves the right to retain and utilize transaction data or other information related to suspended accounts. These rules outline the procedures and conditions for suspending customer accounts on the Cardyfie platform, ensuring compliance with terms, policies, and legal requirements while safeguarding platform integrity and security.

These rules outline the procedures and conditions for terminating the agreement between customers and Cardyfie, covering voluntary termination by customers, unilateral termination by Cardyfie, handling of remaining funds, and data retention post-termination.
These rules establish a clear timeframe for the retention of unclaimed funds by Cardyfie and specify the consequences if those funds remain unclaimed after the designated period.
By adhering to this AML policy, Cardyfie reaffirms its commitment to combatting money laundering and protecting the integrity of the financial system.

Cardyfie does not provide services, including account registration or enrollment, to users located in the following jurisdictions or subject to the laws of those jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Côte D'Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Egypt, Eritrea, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mauritius, Moldova, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Russian Federation, Senegal, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
